Tinka was an avid and serious reader, always ready with a perfect book recommendation. Tinka and Mickey were wide-ranging and adventurous world travelers they visited pretty much any place you could name (often more than once). And Tinka spoke fondly of her travels even in her last days. Tinka was a loyal Twins fan, attending games from the original Home Opener in 1961 through this past season (and every season in between). She was an astute baseball fan and loved to keep score. Tinka and Mickey were enthusiastic patrons of the Guthrie Theater, and season ticket holders from the inception of the theater. Most of all, Tinka was a loving, kind, intelligent, and caring person who brought joy to her family and her many good friends. She will be greatly missed.
