Plečnik’s student, Milica Detoni drew the plan for the monument in Plečnik's seminar. It was intended as a tombstone for her father's grave. The tombstone was placed in 1953 in the Begunje cemetery near Cerknica. The model of the tombstone was used by Plečnik as the monument to women's demonstration. It was made in bronze.
